As part of its unwavering commitment to improving and supporting healthcare delivery in Ghana, the Imperial Charity Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Imperial Homes Limited, a leading real estate development company has donated a significant number of hospital beds to some key medical institutions across the country.
The beneficiary facilities include the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Taifa Polyclinic, and Adjina/ Abuakwa Hospital-strategic healthcare centers that serve thousands of Ghanaians annually.
This donation forms part of Imperial Homes’ vision to support national development beyond real estate by investing in healthcare infrastructure and community well-being.
“At Imperial Homes, we believe that access to quality healthcare should not be a luxury. Through the Imperial Charity Foundation, we are committed to making tangible, lasting impact in the communities we serve,” said Nana Ansah Kwao, the Head of Imperial Charity Foundation.
The hospital beds are expected to enhance patient care, improve response times, and ease congestion in wards—especially at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Ghana’s largest referral hospital.
As a socially responsible real estate company in Ghana, Imperial Homes continues to blend excellence in building with purpose-driven philanthropy. The donation of hospital beds in Ghana is one of many impactful initiatives in the Foundation’s pipeline.
