Paul Awenala Adeenze-Kangah is the Project Manager for Business Development at Imperial Homes Limited, bringing a decade-long association with the company since joining in 2015 during his university industrial training at the Ayarna Vista development. Over this period, he has accumulated more than seven years of progressive professional experience across engineering, project coordination, and management roles, contributing significantly to the delivery of premium residential developments, including Rangoon Residence and Aston Lofts.

In his current role, Paul identifies, develops, and structures new project opportunities, leading early-stage conception from feasibility through to handover to the construction delivery team. He works closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align business objectives with viable design, cost, programme, and risk strategies, ensuring projects remain commercially sound and strategically aligned with the company’s growth goals.

Paul holds an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Brighton, UK, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Central University, Ghana. He is a Professional Engineer licensed by the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and an affiliate member of CIOB (UK) and APM. These qualifications underpin his ability to integrate international best practices in governance, procurement, sustainability, and quality management into Imperial Homes’ pipeline.

His UK CSCS certification reinforces his commitment to health and safety compliance, while his UK education shapes his focus on sustainability, circular economy principles, and long-term asset value—positioning him as a key driver of Imperial Homes’ growth.
