Emmanuella Berkoh is a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional with over two years’ experience supporting compliance and site safety across the logistics, education and mining sectors. She currently serves as Safety Officer with Imperial Homes Limited, where she is assigned to the Ajumako military base project, conducting daily site inspections, delivering safety inductions and toolbox talks, and performing job safety analyses to minimize risk before work begins.

Her experience spans hazard identification, PPE compliance monitoring, incident reporting and HSE documentation, applying both local and international standards including OSHA and ISO 45001. Prior to this, she supported HSE operations at Gibbson Safety Consult, where she was assigned to the Asanko Gold Ghana Ltd Secondary crusher steel and plate works fabrication. She also worked with BAJ Freight and Logistics and Coferc Company Limited, gaining broad exposure to lifting operations, equipment inspections, and waste management.

Emmanuella holds an Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and other safety courses and brings a calm, detail-driven approach to every site she works on.
