Imperial Homes is proud to have delivered the 6-storey mixed-use headquarters of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) — a landmark development that combines functionality, sustainability, and modern design. The building brings together modern office spaces, a specialised laboratory, recreational facilities, and a multi-level car park, creating a central hub that supports both the administrative and technical needs of the Authority. Designed and executed under the RIBA Plan of Work, the project reflects meticulous planning and international best practice in construction.
In line with Imperial Homes’ commitment to sustainable building, the development was designed to achieve Silver LEED Certification. It incorporates rainwater harvesting systems to promote efficient water use, solar power integration to supplement the energy supply, and energy-efficient systems that significantly reduce operational costs and the overall carbon footprint.
The project also integrates advanced engineering and safety measures to ensure long-term durability and user comfort. A robust structural framework supports the building, while fire detection and suppression systems with dedicated escape routes safeguard occupants. High-speed lifts provide smooth vertical circulation, and a comprehensive electrical and ICT infrastructure underpins the facility, enhanced by a central Building Management System (BMS). Modern security installations, including CCTV and biometric access control, ensure the safety of staff and visitors while maintaining seamless operations.
