Freeman Kwaku Gordor is a highly analytical and results-driven project management professional with over 15 years of progressive experience leading complex, high-value construction and infrastructure projects from conception to completion. A PMP-certified leader with an MSc in Construction Project Management, he is an expert in strategic planning, full-cycle project management, and robust contract administration (FIDIC, PPA & NEC). Freeman excels in guiding cross-functional teams, engaging high-level stakeholders, and implementing rigorous quality assurance and EHS protocols to ensure project success.

Mr. Gordor has a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects totaling over USD 100 million, spanning luxury residential, commercial, and critical public infrastructure. He has headed project management departments, supervising and mentoring teams of project and site managers across multiple national projects, ensuring consistent delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical specifications. His expertise covers initial project planning and feasibility, resource optimization, and performance monitoring, including earned value analysis.

A recognized leader in sustainable construction, Freeman is at the forefront of driving green building standards in Ghana. He led the development of the USD 18.2 million LEED Silver six-storey office annex for the National Petroleum Authority (NPA). He also led the design and construction of a USD 25.2 million EDGE 25-certified luxury townhome project. His expertise in this area is both technical and strategic, having authored and led company-wide sustainability action plans, implemented new corporate waste management policies, and successfully managed the complex audit and documentation processes for both LEED and EDGE certifications.

Beyond technical delivery, Freeman brings a unique blend of business development and corporate strategy acumen. He previously developed and facilitated a 5-year Strategic Plan for a major construction group and its six subsidiaries, identifying new growth opportunities and enhancing brand presence.
