The Dream Begins

A vision to build a luxury real estate brand was born, laying the foundation for what would become Imperial Homes.

2009

Our First Development

Construction commenced on Imperial Court, marking the beginning of our development journey.

2010

A Landmark Achievement

Imperial Court was successfully completed within just 12 months, establishing our reputation for timely project delivery.

Completion of Imperial Lodge, our second project, reinforcing steady growth.

Diversifying Our Expertise

Expanded into construction services with the commencement of the National Petroleum Authority Office Complex. We also launched Abuakwa Green—Ghana's first golf resort, wellness and residential development—and completed Zollikon and Katmor Gardens, marking another significant year of growth and innovation.

Completed Danziger Apartments and successfully handed over the Dzata Building Office Complex, marking another year of excellence in delivering premium residential and commercial developments.
