Paul Awenala Adeenze-Kangah is a Project Engineer at Imperial Homes Limited with a long-standing association of over a decade with the company, having first joined in 2015 during his university training at the Ayarna Vista development. Over this period, he has gained over seven years of extensive professional experience and progressed through various roles to become a key contributor to Imperial Homes’ successful delivery of premium residential projects, notably the Rangoon Residence and Aston Lofts developments.
Paul holds an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Brighton, UK, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Central University, Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GHIE) and an affiliated member of both the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) UK and the Association for Project Management (APM). These academic and professional affiliations strengthen Imperial Homes’ technical capacity and project delivery standards by integrating global best practices in project management, sustainability, and construction quality assurance.
With extensive technical proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, and the Autodesk Suite, Paul effectively manages project planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure efficiency, cost control, and compliance with design and safety standards. Holding a UK Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) safety certification, he maintains strong adherence to health and
safety protocols on all sites.
Influenced by his educational experience in the UK, Paul integrates sustainability and circular economy principles into his management approach—emphasising greener construction methods and resource efficiency across project lifecycles. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to innovation continue to reinforce Imperial Homes’ reputation for quality and excellence.
