His extensive and demonstrable experience also encompasses relevant Ghana tax laws, accounting and compliance including income tax (corporate and individual), withholding taxes, capital allowance, capital gains tax, and VAT & NHIL. His experience also encompasses audit preparation and procedures; good internal control system design and control; Payroll and employee pension management, among others.

Frank is a certified Chartered Accountant with Chartered Certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK). Prior to joining Imperial Homes, his commendable experience included being an Accounting Lecturer, a Financial Consultant, and
Head of Finance and Accounts in various organizations.
