Genevieve is an astute professional whose career spans banking, human resource management, and real estate. Her strong academic background, management expertise, and business acumen have earned her appointments as a board member for several companies and organizations in Ghana. Before joining Imperial Homes, she built an impressive career with some of Ghana’s leading financial institutions, including Barclays Bank (now Absa) and Universal Merchant Bank (UMB).

Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Human Resource Management) from Central University College and an LLB from GIMPA School of Law. She also holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law and is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

Her exceptional abilities and versatility have seen her progress through various roles, from Project Development and Office Management to her current position as Director of Administration. In this role, she provides strategic oversight of the company’s administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency and addressing administrative challenges that support the organization’s continued growth and success.
