A Chartered Financial Economist with extensive experience in the world of finance, Seth’s knowledge and expertise transcend the fields of economics, financial expertise, quantitative skills, econometric and statistical analysis, risk assessment, and valuation techniques.

Aside from his Chartered Financial Economist certification, Seth also has an MBA (Finance) from GIMPA, a B.A. in Economics from KNUST, and ACCA Part 1.

His varied work experience has seen him performing roles in audit, business development, and operations. As an Audit Assistant with Deloitte and Touché Ghana from 2008 to 2009, he performed investigative audits, testing and reporting on control effectiveness, project audits, and preparing financial statements on institutions including SSNIT, DANIDA and World Bank Funded Projects. From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a Business Development Officer at Mezzanine Investments Limited.

He joined Imperial Homes as a Business Development Officer, developing business proposals for equity and debt financing for several projects, market research and portfolio reporting. He rose to become Operations Manager, overseeing the operational efficiency of the company in areas such as procurement, accounting, finance and project delivery. His diligence and proficiencies have continued to serve the company and his operational oversight abilities have helped him rise to his current position as Chief Operating Officer of Imperial Homes Limited. He provides overall operational leadership, team management, process improvement, strategic planning, budgeting and financial management, supply chain management, vendor and partner relationship management and risk management, among others.
